Process

Each project typically takes the following path:

Relationship models

• Direct consultancy ranging from analysis and advice on major projects with ongoing support to specific advice on strategic questions as they arise
• Working within the client’s business, providing strategic support as the need arises in a cost effective manner
• Joint venture development and provision of operational and management support to joint venture structures
• Direct representation on the client’s behalf, including advocacy and preparation of submissions
